Terms and Conditions on Shipping and Returns

Payment:  All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.

Shipping:  We do our best to ship within 24 to 48 hours.  Custom orders take longer.  If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping time.  We ship via Fedex or U. S. Postal Service.  Most items are shipped via Fedex ground or USPS Priority Mail.  Expedited shipping is available for a higher cost. For customers not located in the 50 states, we use the most efficient and cost-effective method of transportation unless specified otherwise.

International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail.   Expedited shipments are also available, but shipping costs may be very high.  All international customers need to check and comply with their local customs.  We are not responsible for any shipments held up or seized by customs.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:  Report any damaged or defective items to La Wren’s Nest within 10 days of receipt of goods.  We will work with you to return the item, replace and/or issue a refund.  All returns need a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which can be obtained when you contact us by phone 860-377-8133 or email to lawrensnest@hotmail.com.

 

Returns:  Contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.  Merchandise returns without our prior approval will not be accepted.  Returns of non-defective merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.  Returns must be received in sellable condition.  No returns accepted after 30 days from purchase.  Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase.
