Orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Roman clothing orders may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process.
Custom orders may take up 2 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity and if we need to order special material, colors, or other items as needed. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and shipping notification including a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Allow approximately 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame, please contact us at lawrensnest@hotmail.com or 860-377-8133 with the order number and items ordered and will look look into it.

Return and Refund PolicIES, SHIPPING POLICIES
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Items must be unused and in their original condition. Contact us for a verbal or email return authorization, 860-377-8133 or lawrensnest@hotmail.com. Please do not return an item without getting a return authorization first. Your refund may be delayed in that event.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at lawrensnest@hotmail.com or call us at 860-377-8133. Include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. Refunds due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Carrier calculated shipping rates: shipping charges will depend on the size of your order and the destination. The total will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping is available for most countries via USPS only. Countries we cannot currently ship to: Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Russia, Syria and Venezuela.
We are not responsible for import duties and taxes (including VAT), which may be incurred once a shipment reaches its destination. If these charges are applied, then it is your responsibility to cover them. If a shipment is returned due to these types of charges not being paid by the intended recipient, we will only refund the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the customer wants to have the item re-shipped, new shipping charges will be applied.
